★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nada a apontar a este banco que eu tenho a conta aberta. talvez só uma coisa, que o cartâo de debito foi gratuito durante muito anos. mas a pouco tempo começaram a cobrar comissão. mas quanto a globalidade do serviço, estou sastifeito quase 100%
nothing to point to this bank that I have an account open. maybe just one thing, that the debit card was free for many years. but soon they started to collect commission. but as for the overall service, I’m satisfied almost 100%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are with this bank now for 5 years. Until now, I did not have much problems. But since 6 days, the SMS-es that they send to confirm operations like transfers, do not arrive anymore. So, I cannot use the account. Customer service is hard to reach (30 min wait times), and they still have not fixed it!
