★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Agent completely unresponsive to request. Consistently provided incorrect information regarding a refund from Taag insisting it was not possible to get my money back. I had to phone Taag in South Africa to find out that they are giving refunds. Also to learn that the agent never even bothered to contact Taag to find out if a refund was possible.
