Nota-se que procuram agradar e tornar confortável o tempo que o cliente está no salão desde logo com a oferta de um cafézinho à chegada. Preocupam-se em interpretar a vontade do cliente para, assim, corresponderem ao que este pretende. Tudo é feito com bastante higiene e no final o preço é uma agradável surpresa.
What stands out immediately is the friendliness of all the professionals who work there. It is noted that they try to please and make the time the client is in the salon comfortable with the offer of a coffee on arrival.
