★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought some raw sauerkraut that was unrefrigerated. So I contacted the company and they replied that the sauerkraut is heated to deactivate the microorganisms before being filled hot into the bags. As such, I believe, the sauerkraut in the bags is dead.
Friendly staff. Owner a bit rude and clueless.
