★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma desilusão. Pedimos francesinha e ao fim de 40 minutos disseram que não tinham molho. Disseram que iriam precisar de 1 hora para o fazer. Não trouxeram bebidas durante esses 40 minutos e fui obrigado a vir embora sem comer nem beber nada.
Uma verdadeira vergonha.
 A disappointment. We ordered francesinha and after 40 minutes they said they had no sauce. They said they would need 1 hour to do it. No drinks were brought during those 40 minutes and I was forced to leave without eating or drinking anything.
A real shame.

Café muito bom.
Já gostei bastante da Bianco, mas hoje vi que perderam muita qualidade.
Espero que recuperem e melhorem.
Unfriendly service. Disorganization is noted. It took 30mts to serve two waffles, but at least they served at the same time. However, they came cold.
Very good coffee.
I used to like Bianco a lot, but today I saw that they lost a lot of quality.
I hope they recover and get better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente fomos visitar o novo espaço e foi uma autêntica desilusão... como é que uma casa tão boa e que sempre recomendei a amigos se tornou na casa que temos agora? Temos funcionários sem apresentação, com as suas fardas sujas, funcionários que nada presam pelo bom atendimento, que em vez de se preocuparem com o atendimento estavam a beber café dentro do balcão( calculo eu que o patrão nem sonhe) e os crepes nada a ver com o que eram, nem de sabor nem de apresentação.
Lamento que se estrague uma casa destas???
Unfortunately, we went to visit the new space and it was a real disappointment... how can such a good house that I have always recommended to friends become the house we have now? We have employees without presentation, with their dirty uniforms, employees who don't pay anything for the good service, who instead of worrying about the service were drinking coffee inside the counter (I guess the boss doesn't even dream) and the crepes have nothing to do with it. with what they were, neither in taste nor presentation.
I'm sorry that a house like this is ruined ???
