★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡HORRIBLE! ¡PÉSIMO Y POR ENCIMA UN TIMO! Fuimos unos días de vacaciones a Lisboa y decidimos probar esta compañía. Tienes que suscribirte a un pase diario de 24h y debes pagar 2€. Nos quitaron 302€ de nuestra cuenta sin aviso ni autorización (todos esto pos dos personas que íbamos) y hoy (nos fuimos hace 3 días de allí) nos han pasado otros 4€ Y NO PUDIMOS USARLAS.CERO. No nos han devuelto los 302... esperaremos un par de días y, además de una reclamación, denunciaremos. Menuda broma, vas un par de días y te apetece alquilar una bici y te fastidian las vacaciones! Yo ya empecé con una queja por paypal... ¡OS ACONSEJO QUE NO COJÁIS ESTE SERVICIO!
Llevamos toda la semana enviando correos y ayer mi pareja pudo ponerse en contacto con ellos y no quisieron hacerse cargo de absolutamente nada. Pusieron problemas de entendimiento y se limpiaron las manos. ¡¡NO NOS HAN DEVUELTO LOS 604€!! Empezaremos trámites legales.
HORRIBLE! LOUD AND ABOVE A SCAM! We went on vacation to Lisbon for a few days and decided to give this company a try. You have to subscribe to a 24-hour daily pass and you must pay € 2. They took € 302 from our account without notice or authorization (all this because of two people who were going) and today (we left there 3 days ago) we have spent another € 4 AND WE COULDN'T USE THEM ZERO. They have not returned the 302 ... we will wait a couple of days and, in addition to a claim, we will report. What a joke, you go for a couple of days and you want to rent a bike and they spoil your holidays! I already started with a PayPal complaint ... I ADVISE YOU NOT TO TAKE THIS SERVICE!
We have been sending emails all week and yesterday my partner was able to contact them and they did not want to take care of anything at all. They put understanding problems and cleaned their hands. THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED US THE € 604 !! We will start legal procedures.

Já cheguei a crer desbloquear uma bicicleta não conseguir e dizer na app que tenho uma bicicleta activa e ligar para ao apoio esperar uns 40 a 50 minutos para me atenderem e ainda esperar 5 minutos para conseguir desbloquear a bicicleta
A nice app that gives a lot of bugs that should be fixed. I've come to believe that unlocking a bike I can't and say in the app that I have an active bike and call support to wait 40 to 50 minutes for me to be answered and still wait 5 minutes to unlock the bike.
