Pésimo servicio Mande un amortiguador fox x2 en garantia 3 veces.. Y no me dieron ninguna solución en cambio me e gastado la pasta mandandolo a otro especialista en suspensiónes y me dijeron el problema y la solución....
Lousy service I sent a fox shock absorber x2 in guarantee 3 times .. And they didn't give me any solution instead I spent the paste sending it to another suspension specialist and they told me the problem and the solution ....

Mande arreglari amortoguador fox y me estubo dando problemas, y me dijeron que la garantía es solo de 3 meses una vergüenza

He mandado una horquilla FOX 36 Factory modelo 2019 a garantía por un problema de ajuste de coronas de la misma y, tras más de dos semanas sin dicha horquilla y 3 días más para que llegue de nuevo a Asturias, me dicen que no tienen stock de la pieza que hay que sustituir y debo esperar a final de año a que reciban dicho stock. Es decir, me tiro casi 3 semanas sin horquilla para que vuelva igual que se fue y tengo que volver a enviarla, quedándome de nuevo sin ella un largo periodo de tiempo, cuando reciban el stock. No es de recibo que una marca como FOX, con el dinero que se paga por sus productos, trabajen sin stock y con estos largos periodos de resolución de problemas causados por fallos propios de la marca. A nivel personal, tenía una gran expectativa e imagen de esta compañía, pero queda totalmente empañada por este caso.
I have sent a fork FOX 36 Factory model 2019 to guarantee for a problem of adjustment of crowns of the same and, after more than two weeks without said fork and 3 more days to arrive again in Asturias, they tell me that they have no stock of the part to be replaced and I must wait until the end of the year to receive that stock. That is to say, I throw myself almost 3 weeks without a fork so that it returns the same as it left and I have to send it again, staying again without it for a long period of time, when they receive the stock. It is not acceptable that a brand like FOX, with the money paid for their products, work without stock and with these long periods of resolution of problems caused by failures of the brand. On a personal level, I had a great expectation and image of this company, but it is totally tarnished by this case.

Servicio pésimo: tras dos semanas sin horquilla se inventan una avería por la que presupuestan 484€, estando en garantía. Por supuesto no acepto aunque tengo que pagar 34€ de envío y desmontaje. Al hacer la revisión en otra tienda especializada me cuesta menos de la mitad y como nueva.
Terrible service: after two weeks without a fork they invent a breakdown for which they budget € 484, being under warranty. Of course I do not accept although I have to pay € 34 for shipping and disassembly. When doing the revision in another specialized store it costs me less than half and as new.

Excelente serviço. Após ter furado o tubo hidráulico de um amortecedor Fox BRAIN de 2011 e ter passado mais de 1 ano à espera que a specialized me arranjasse o problema, acabou por ser a bicimax que me salvou desta dor de cabeça. As pessoas com quem falei tanto por email como pelo telemóvel foram bastante prestáveis e conseguiram arranjar o amortecedor em 1 semana.
Excellent service. After having drilled the hydraulic tube of a 2011 Fox BRAIN shock absorber and having spent more than 1 year waiting for the specialized to fix the problem, it turned out to be the bicimax that saved me from this headache. The people I spoke to both by email and mobile were very helpful and managed to fix the shock absorber in 1 week.
