Após 45 minutos à espera, não o recebi pois o estabelecimento recusou entregar o pedido ao estafeta, alegando que já tinham fechado quando chegou a vez do estafeta atribuído ao pedido. O senhor esperou lá dentro pela sua vez! E recusaram entregar o pedido que eu fiz a tempo e horas e que paguei. Sem qualquer aviso ou justificação para comigo. Uma vergonha autêntica. Depois de ler as outras críticas, percebo que é uma questão recorrente e deviam fechar.
This establishment is a disgrace, it has no professionalism or respect for customers. I made a request through the application, which request was accepted. After 45 minutes of waiting, I didn't receive it because the establishment refused to deliver the order to the courier, claiming that they had already closed when it was time for the courier assigned to the order. You waited inside for your turn! And they refused to deliver the order I made on time and paid for. Without any warning or justification to me. A real shame. After reading the other reviews, I realize that this is a recurring issue and they should close it.
