★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enquanto neste escritório de mediação trabalhavam pessoas competentes o serviço era 5 estrelas. Mas neste momento NÃO HÁ mediação de seguros neste local, apenas um escritório em que nada se resolve, meses passam, estornos são recusados e chamadas são ignoradas quando se torna óbvia a falta de competência e a total ausência de boa-fé dos proprietários (Carlos e Guida - cujo serviço é abismalmente fútil e contra-producente).
Uma vergonha!
 While in this mediation office competent people worked, the service was 5 stars. But at this moment there is NO insurance mediation in this place, just an office where nothing is resolved, months pass, chargebacks are refused and calls are ignored when the lack of competence and the total absence of good faith of the owners becomes obvious (Carlos and Guida - whose service is abysmally futile and counterproductive).
A shame!
