★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, depois de uma longa espera atendem quem chegou depois de mim e outro funcionário ainda entende ser rude depois de pedir ajuda. Felizmente resolvi o meu problema em outro local com mais organização e simpatia.
Bad service, after a long wait they serve whoever arrived after me and another employee still understands to be rude after asking for help. Fortunately I solved my problem in another place with more organization and friendliness.

Quando fui pagar, disseram-me que tinha um desconto de 10%.
Mas percebi que o preço deixou de ser o que estava marcado, e passou a ser 364.08€, para depois então me fazerem o desconto.
Quem é que querem enganar?
Para mim, é mais do que falta de transparência.
I am less and less satisfied with this company. Today I bought a water heater that was marked at €345.99 already with VAT.
When I went to pay, I was told I had a 10% discount.
But I realized that the price is no longer what was marked, and became 364.08€, and then they give me the discount.
Who do you want to fool?
For me, it's more than a lack of transparency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you very much you saved my life ahah. I found on there website two toilets water tanks, that were unfindable in the whole portugal. I don't even know how they have it since the product was stopped years ago. They nicely and patiently answered all my questions on facebook messenger, and I was amazed by the delivery time, ordered on wednesday, delivered on Friday! The website seems a bit old, but I do not care because the customer services works, the product was the good one, and very good delivery. Once again, thank you!
