★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurei a loja em razão das boas recomendações. De início, um tratamento normal e preço final bem acima daquele inicialmente previsto. Depois de aguardar 10 dias, fui buscar a bicicleta e, no segundo dia de uso, após os supostos reparos, a corrente da bicicleta quebrou e voltei a loja para que o reparo fosse feito. Apesar de não ter nenhum cliente a espera, o atendimento foi rápido mas pouco esclarecedor. O atendente insistia em que isso poderia acontecer de novo e eu deveria estar atento aos "sinais" durante as passagens de marcha. É um lugar que eu não volto mais! Não houve qualquer interesse na solução de um outro problema. Me senti como se estivesse pedindo um favor, apesar dos "reparos" terem custado somente 110, 00 Euros.
I looked for the store because of the good recommendations. Initially, normal treatment and a final price well above that initially planned. After waiting 10 days, I went to get the bike and, on the second day of use, after the supposed repairs, the bike chain broke and I went back to the store to have the repair done. Despite not having any customers waiting, the service was quick but not very enlightening. The attendant insisted that this could happen again and I should be on the lookout for "signs" during gear changes. It is a place that I will never return to! There was no interest in solving another problem. I felt like I was asking for a favor, even though the "repairs" cost only 110, 00 Euros.
