Em abril comprei aqui a minha bicicleta de estrada que muito pouco tempo depois ficou com um problema nos discos. Fiz a devida reclamação duas vezes e ao dia de hoje ainda aguardo a resolução da troca em garantia. Para além disso, fiz nesta loja uma revisão onde o espectável é a bicicleta vir afinada e com os problemas resolvidos, mas infelizmente não foi isso que aconteceu. Neste momento não consigo pedalar porque desde esse dia que o desviador traseiro não troca as mudanças correctamente. Já reclamei via e-mail à mais de uma semana e não me deram resposta. A sensação com que ficamos é que não querem saber dos clientes e não têm interesse nenhum em resolver os problemas que apresentamos. Arrastam tudo para falta de peças ou simplesmente não respondem.
Shop/workshop that I advise against anyone who wants to buy or maintain a bicycle. In April I bought my road bike here, which very shortly later got a problem with the discs. I made the due claim twice and today I still await the resolution of the warranty exchange. In addition, I did a review in this store where the expectation is that the bike will come in tune and with the problems solved, but unfortunately that's not what happened. Right now I can't pedal because since that day the rear derailleur doesn't change gears correctly. I've complained via email for over a week and they didn't answer me. The feeling we get is that they don't care about the customers and have no interest in solving the problems we present. They drag everything for lack of parts or just don't respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good quality stuff, good vibe and very friendly staff....but when I took my bike there to be fixed, I told them I needed it on a specific date, to which they said "no problem" and one day after the deadline they called me to let me know they hadn't even ordered some parts and that more things needed fixing...they completely missed the deadline by over one week, and it wasn't longer because I then bought some parts myself because they didn't want to order it sooner due to their delivery costs. They were also very hard to reach via phone. Thanks to this, I couldn't use my bike during my vacations.
