Já estava paga, tive que esperar...
Isto depois de gastar 4000€ lá.
Fui levar a bike para resolver uns problemas não normais que ela teve, e instalar uma peça diferente, pois a outra já não se arranjava, deram uma semana para estar pronta... 2 semanas já passaram, e ainda não receberam a peça sequer.
Nunca me telefonaram a dizer nada, mesmo depois de eu telefonar e pedir para verem e me dizerem, e quando perguntava e pedia informação nunca me sabiam dizer nada.
E durante os 6 meses de espera, nunca se Preocuparam em contactar para me avisar de nada ou de me arranjar uma solução. Mesmo comigo a telefonar várias vezes ao longo do tempo a pedir informação e soluções, sempre ficaram de ver e ligar, nunca viam ou ligavam.

This after spending 4000 euros there.
I went to take the bike to solve some non-normal problems she had, and install a different part, because the other was no longer arranged, gave a week to be ready ... 2 weeks have passed, and have not received the part.
They never called me to say anything, even after I called and asked to see and tell me, and when I asked and asked for information they never knew how to say anything.
And during the 6 months of waiting, they never bothered to contact to let me know or find a solution. Even with me calling several times over time asking for information and solutions, they always kept seeing and calling, never seeing or calling.
