★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S půjčením kola jsme byli velice spokojení. Obsluha milá a mluví anglicky a myslím si, že i turisti, kteří anglicky neumí by neměli žádný problém. Jen předložíte pas nebo občanku a řeknete jméno hotelu. Zaplatíte 50 euro jako depozit ( to vám při návratu kola vrátí) a vyberete si kolo. My měli obyčejné za 8 euro na 24 hodin. Nabízejí tam však i lepší kola ale ty už jsou za 15-25 euro na den. Ke kolu vám zadarmo dají i zámek s klíčem nebo i helmu, coz je super. Objeli jsme si tak pláže na obě strany, a kolo jsme vždy zamkli na parkovišti a šli se koupat na pláž. Z Quarteira vede perfektní cyklostezka do Vilamoura a je možné jet i dále. My to vzali kousek i přes pláž ?
 We were very satisfied with the bike rental. The staff is nice and speaks English and I think that even tourists who do not speak English would have no problem. Just present your passport or ID card and say the name of the hotel. You pay 50 euros as a deposit (this will return you when you return the bike) and choose a bike. We had ordinary for 8 euro for 24 hours. But they also offer better bikes, but they are already 15-25 euros a day. The bike will give you free lock with a key or helmet, which is great. We went around the beach on both sides, and we always locked the bike in the parking lot and went to the beach. From Quarteira there is a perfect cycle path to Vilamoura and you can go further. We took it a bit over the beach ?

We rented two bikes: one for an adult and one for a child. Always kind and with a smile. I drilled and replaced the wheel in 2 minutes. For a week we visited all the beaches of Quarteira and Vilamoura. Thank you

I rented two bikes for my wife and I. After the first full day of riding the bikes, one of the seats break. I decided to call the store to report this in order to avoid being charged for it. I was unable to bring the bike into the store the next day, as I was out on a cruise, but was returning the bikes the next day anyway.
I bring the bikes back and as soon as the store owner sees the broken seat he says "I must charge you for this." At first I calmly tried to explain that the seat was already half-broken as it came off very quickly into riding the bike. But the guy stubbornly refuses to accept that he gave us a broken bike, claiming that all the bikes they rent out are in good condition. He then says, "You should have called." to which I explained that I did (this was the third time I had said this by this point). So he calls his colleague who I spoke to and it's clear that he is arguing with her about charging us.
He then hangs up the phone and says, "Yes you called, but I must still charge you, this is normal." Then hands me my deposit back, keeping €10 for himself.
I must say that this guy does not reflect the entirety of my customer experience, as the other store colleagues were very pleasant. If you decide to rent a bike from this store, make sure to ask for Heidi, as she'll actually treat you with good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to rent bikes, very nice service and well situated to do various routes- we rode to the national park ria Formosa. Rented two mountain bikes for 4 hours and the owner put an extra 40 minutes on the return time and we only paid 18€ for the both bikes + a 50€ refundable deposit. Was enough time to ride to/ around the park, have some stops, use the bike lock to park the bikes, relax at the beach, eat and then return. We followed Google maps through some beautiful towns, and at some point you can just follow the red pavements. The owner also gave us lots of advice and a map, marking the points of interest. Thank you very much!
