Alguma falta de informação no que se refere ao ponto de situação da encomenda,porém; tivemos de ir insistindo...Mas foram sempre simpáticos.
Lots of offers, excellent service in the store.
Some lack of information regarding the status of the order, however; we had to keep insisting... But they were always friendly.

A job with excellent quality and brio, the technicians polite and friendly. Then I went to the shop at the expo to buy some accessories that were out of stock and I met Mrs Fernanda, very friendly, she explains everything very well. Excellent service.
