 I was very pleased with the quality of the service provided. My couch was very dirty and looked spotless. The team who did the work on site was exceptional, explaining everything, asking questions and always advising the best to do! The service and scheduling was also very efficient, so if you need it again, I will not hesitate to refer to your services and make it known to my contacts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um sofá numa loja onde a parceria para a impermeabilização sofá era com outra empresa, mas após uma breve pesquisa optei pela biomex e não estou absolutamente nada arrependida.
Após ligar fui atendida por uma sra super simpática e prestável marcamos logo um dia para a visita do técnico, correu tudo super bem o técnico muito educado,pontual e cuidadoso em não sujar o chão e deixou tudo impecável.
Recomendo sem dúvida
I bought a sofa in a store where the partnership for waterproofing the sofa was with another company, but after a brief survey I opted for biomex and I am absolutely not sorry.
After calling, I was attended by a super friendly and helpful lady, we set up a day for the technician to visit, everything went very well, the technician was very polite, punctual and careful not to dirty the floor and left everything spotless.
