Nem uma palavra a explicar o porquê deste inexplicável atraso. Exigo que entreguem o resultado do teste do meu filho! I've been waiting for my 16 month old son's test result for over 48 hours. Terrible service! Terrible! Worse would be impossible. Not a word to explain the reason for this inexplicable delay. I demand that you hand in my son's test results!

Atendimento demorado (em 2 horas atenderam cerca de 10 pessoas), pouco simpático, estavam com diculdades informáticas mas jamais foram capazes de ter uma palavra com as pessoas que estavam à espera, As 18h informaram que já só podiam atender as marcações. Não recomendo. confesso que poucas vezes vi um atendimento tão mau, nem uma estrela merecia. I went to the gas station in Cascais market, today at 4 pm. Long service (in 2 hours they saw about 10 people), not very friendly, they had computer difficulties but were never able to have a word with the people who were waiting. At 6 pm they informed that they could only answer appointments. I do not recommend. I confess that I have rarely seen such a bad service, not even a star deserved it.

Contactei-os diversas vezes e garantiram me que iriam enviar os resultados ainda hoje (já estão encerrados). Supostamente o prazo máximo para entrega dos resultados seria de 48h. Pelos vistos vai passar das 72h. Lamentável e vergonhoso! Tenham cuidado com esta pseudo empresa não faltam alternativas no mercado. I performed the PCR test in Cascais, 56 hours have passed and I have not received the result. I contacted them several times and they assured me that they would send the results today (they are already closed). Supposedly the maximum deadline for delivery of results would be 48 hours. It looks like it will be past 72 hours. Disgraceful and shameful! Be careful with this pseudo company there is no shortage of alternatives on the market.

Z	Zeno Jenks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sheduled a Covid test for 11:00am and waited until 12:30 to get tested. I paid for a pcr test which takes 90 min and it’s now 8:31pm and have still not received my results.

Two minutes before the scheduled time the person who was supposed to be tested in the previous slot arrived late, well after we arrived and jumped the line. When I said it was our scheduled time and I had been waiting patiently for it with two small kids I was told I had to wait longer. Very disrespectful considering I waited for our turn and arrived ahead of schedule. The staff was extremely rude and had no understanding for the fact that my kids were waiting. If someone arrives late, then they should be kept waiting and not the people who arrived on time. Cancelled the test and left on the spot. Do not recommend this service at all
Y	Yann Bonzom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute rip-off. I go there 48+ hours ahead of my flight for my booked PCR test which is advertised to give a result within 48h. The guy there mumbles something about them having too many PCR's, even though I'm the only one at the test centre, and that this test could consequently take up to 72h. & so he charges me an extra 20 euros so I can get my test result on the same day. This is blatant false advertising.
