I visited the restaurant a few months ago and loved it, yesterday I went there again and hated it. 1h30 to make 2 bitoques. I entered at 9 am and left at 11 pm, hungry. Disorganization, customers do what they want in the organization of the room, customers without a mask to move freely in the room, etc. etc. Anyway The answer I got was that "it's August". Maybe I'll come back, but not in AUGUST, LOLLL

We went to the souvenir-shop to buy some t-shirts, as we do every year in this shop. The young sales-lady showed extremely little interest in us and only started begrudgingly helping us after we strongly indicated that we really needed some assistance. Her manner was unfriendly, but in a polite way, if you know what I mean. Then her smartphone rang. After a short conversation the lady hang up and said to us, I quote: "You will have to leave the shop now." No explanation, nothing. I said to her: "I beg your pardon?" As we had just decided to buy a few shirts and were still looking around for more. She just repeated her statement and added as reason for the sudden closure of the shop, that she had to go to another job in a pension of sorts and that she would be back in 20 minutes. We were absolutely baffled. I explained to her that we really understood the situation she was in and that we were of course willing to cooperate, but that the tone in which she delivered her message could preferably be a lot more diplomatic. (For instance, explaining the problem, saying 'please, sorry, or my apologies for the inconvenience' etcetera.) But no, she chose to 'thank me for the information'. After repeating myself and explaining that in this circumstance polite diplomacy is the way to go, she again chose to 'thank me for the information'. We left the shop, baffled about the boundless disrespect and utter commercial incompentence and disinterest in her sales-job.
