★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. I've spent 10 minutes waiting for the shop assistant while he was folding his personal cloth and packing it to different bags. I wanted to buy a pedal, but before hand to make sure it will fit on the bike that was with me. The guy didn't allow me to check if it will fit (you don't have to screw or tight anything for that, just basically put a pedal on top of a shaft) and he said - you either buy it or not.
I recommend to stay away from this shop if value your time or money.

i had a very urgent and complicated problem with my classic racing bike on a saturday night. they responded directly to my mail and i could bring my bike to them even on a sunday. they did all they could to find the best solution for my problem and kept me always updated via messages. they did a fantastic job, were dedicated and helpful and the price was absolutely reasonable. i am very thankful for everything and 100% happy with the service. thank you cyhtia!
