★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma vergonha de atendimento. Fiz um pedido na Uber, na minha aplicação o pedido foi aceite passado 45 minutos o pedido continuava para ser levantado. Como só posso falar com o estafeta depois de ele levantar a comido telefonei para a loja. Atende-me o sr João Carlos, explico-lhe o sucedido, não é para meu espanto, que o sr Carlos começa a dizer que a culpa não é deles deve ser do estafeita portanto tinha que esperar que ele dizia-me qualquer coisa e de seguida desliga-me o telefone na cara. Voltei a telefonar o porquê de me ter desligado o telefone na cara disse-me que queria era confusão.
Atendimento do melhor para quando tudo corre mal. Estou a escrever esta critica e ainda não recebi a comida.
A shame of care. I placed an order with Uber, in my application the request was accepted after 45 minutes the request was still being lifted. As I can only talk to the courier after he picks up the food, I called the store. Me, Mr. João Carlos, I explain to you what happened, it is not to my astonishment that Mr. Carlos begins to say that it is not their fault it must be left to him, so I had to wait for him to say something to me. then hang up the phone in my face. I phoned back why turning the phone off in my face told me what I wanted was confusion.
Best service when everything goes wrong. I am writing this review and have not received the food yet.

Fiz uma encomenda pela a aplicação Too Good to Go,com a indicação para levantar a mesma entre as 21:30 e as 22 horas.
Estive exatamente no local na hora indicada.
Restaurante fechado,várias tentativas de contato,chamava e de repente sinal de desligado! Enviei mesmo assim uma mensagem e sem resposta. Primeira experiência com esta aplicação assim como com este restaurante e com ambos será a última!
Não recomendo a ninguém!
BLACK SUSHI RESTAURANT
I placed an order using the Too Good to Go application, with the indication to pick it up between 9:30 pm and 10 pm.
I was exactly at the place at the indicated time.
Restaurant closed, several attempts to contact, called and suddenly turned off signal! I sent a message anyway and no reply. First experience with this app as well as with this restaurant and with both will be the last!
I don't recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t ever try this! My Bf and I ordered and tried about 2 pieces each and then it all went to the garbage. Weird fried sushi with mayonnaise, cream cheese and fruit (Why?). I don’t know what that was actually.
