Sinto-me enganado por esta loja, Passo a explicar: Eu e a minha esposa entrámos nesta loja pois andávamos á procura de um vestido de gala para ela. Fomos super bem atendidos,a senhora super simpática, prestável e com boas dicas para conseguirmos finalizar o modelinho... até aqui nada de mal...pois o sentimento de engano começa quando dou por mim numa loja de artigos chineses e vejo um vestido igual ao que tinha comprado na Bliss Couture com um preço mais reduzido como é obvio,ainda pensei ser coincidência mas até a marca é igual,qual o meu espanto quando nessa mesma loja chinesa me deparo com uns brincos iguais aos que a minha esposa comprou na Bliss Couture uma vez mais com preço reduzido...resumindo a Bliss Couture para mim não passa de uma farsa.Nao aconselho
I feel fooled by this store, I will explain: My wife and I entered this store because we were looking for a dress for her. We were very well attended, the lady very friendly, helpful and with good tips to finish the model ... so far nothing wrong ... because the feeling of deception begins when I find myself in a Chinese store and see a dress just like what I had bought at Bliss Couture at a lower price of course, I still thought it was a coincidence but even the brand is the same, what is my astonishment when in that same Chinese store I come across earrings like my wife bought at Bliss Couture once again at a reduced price ... to summarize Bliss Couture for me is just a scam.

I visited today BLISS COUTURE at the Forum Sintra shopping mall, and I have to say, it took me a lot of will power, dignity and pride on myself not to give a full blown black girl "hold my wig bitchslap the person behind the counter" scandal. Let me walk you through this situation, so here I go after spending some hard won money on my gym attire (yes, I'm going to the gym now), and decided to bus some new dresses since I'm doing a "only dresses month" at work. I walked in BLISS COUTURE because I had been there before and also because there was a beautiful dress on the window. I walked in, see no one in the store, but even so I say "good morning" and receive no answer... and start browsing through the dresses. Less then 10 seconds after I got inside the store 2 white ladies walk inside the store and right at that second a last jumps from behind the counter and in a very friendly way offers the 2 ladies her assistance. She walks right by me, as if I wasn't even there and starts showing them dresses. I'm like... This b$#¥/ !!!!! I walk right into the same rack the ladies were browsing to see if she approaches me, and nothing. She keeps just smiling and holding the dresses for the 2 ladies to choose from, acting like I was not even there. I was tempered to make a scene and make myself notice, because after all, I walked into the store first, and more important. . I am a costumer. I was tempted to demand the complaints book and write down a full blown file against her... I was even tempted to buy a bunch of things and have a "pretty woman" moment like Julia Roberts to make her see that I DO HAVE.MONEY to by your stupid dresses. But I didn't. I didn't because I'm not a person to do public displays and scandals, I walked out to never return. So you lost a costumer ... a costumer that actually collects long formal dresses, and buys those more than food. You really should work on your employees costumer skills... is not the color of the persons skin that determines the size of the bank account. I went in intended to buyou a lot, but now I will never return. Will never recommend
