Nothing disappointed us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience. We were there for 3 nights. It was clean, and spacious for our 10 month old to crawl around in. Very convenient location in Porto. Amenities provided and help was always closer by. Would definitely stay again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady that showed us around and sorted keys etc was very nice and the apartment was nicely layed out with everything you would need for a comfortable stay.
We also used the shuttle service to and from the airport, arranged by the apartment which arrived within plenty of time and the drivers were very nice. We were a little strapped for time due to attending a wedding, otherwise we would have probably used the metro service.
We will definitely be booking again.

The staff go the extra mile to make your stay pleasant.
I do believe my next comment depends on which room is allocated to you. Mine was near main entrance & staircase & lift!!!
I was disturbed by inconsiderate guests often till 1 a.m. most of the nights I stayed there. A well positioned sign requesting "Quiet" after 10 p.m. might help this situation! Even so, would definitely return.......
