L	Laura G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There isn‘t a lot of space where you can put your belongings - this especially applies to the bathroom. I also think that a few more power sockets wouldn‘t hurt. I also disliked the shower. I wish there was a way to adjust the hight of the shower head. Otherwise the location is fabulous. The city center can be reached easily by a short walking distance. There are also two supermarkets around as well as bakeries and pubs. The staff is very likable and puts great effort into their work. Besides that, they are also charming and give you recommendations. I definitely want to return to this guest house.
M	Myriam R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is always a pleasure to stay at the Boavista Guest House: nice and tidy rooms, very friendly staff and a breakfast buffet to start your day in a good mood. The guest house is only 5 min by foot from the subway station "Carolina Michaelis".
T	Thamires Palombo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is super nice and friendly. The room was spotless clean and comfortable, great shower. Good breakfast - not an incredible variety, but ok. Good wifi too. The only thing that we didn't like is that the area was quite noisy, especially at night. We heard music, people shouting and (what sounded like) fighting late at night, probably from some nearby bar/pub. It was difficult for us to fall asleep. I recommend bringing earplugs if you're staying there - it's a shame because the guesthouse is indeed very good so if you're someone that sleeps like a rock or has earplugs, then it's definitely a great place to stay.

The accommodation whilst small was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location was a little far from the main attractions of Porto but the nearest metro was only a few minutes walk with frequent trains at reasonable cost. The included breakfast was better than expected and I would thoroughly recommend staying here
