I have been waiting for a Bodum Pourover coffee machine for about 15 days, which I consider unacceptable for a delivery of an order, especially bearing in mind that the delivery mechanisms should be facilitated given the period that we live in. In addition, there is no way on the website to fill in a simple form. Bodum that for me was a reference brand, at this moment is pure disappointment

A pity because I had them for a serious company. The quality of their products leaves a lot to be desired. My experience with the BISTRO coffee grinder has been the following. After using it as a new product within a month and a half, less than a dozen times, it just stopped working. Right from the first use it gave me the feeling that it was failing, very noisy and with a burnt plastic smell that does not give any confidence. After this and suggesting the return of the product, I find a lousy, stale and reserved after-sales service that does not assume neither the return shipment of the product, nor its implicit costs. In other words, they don't take care of anything. They have not even suggested replacing me with a new or similar / higher performance product, which in electronics is a frequent practice in the event that the product has a manufacturing fault and not due to misuse. I hope that over time you can change your policy and assume your mistakes and the added expenses derived from them. With this behavior, they run the risk of losing the possibility of generating loyal customers, distributing products of such low quality at a mechanical / electrical level. I'm not talking about the clear design, because everything is very beautiful ... Until you buy it. - I have to say that after clearing up the misunderstanding and after going to the tantrum remedy, I was offered a similar article with better benefits and it remains to be seen how it works in the same way. Hope you can use it for a long time.
