We ate at the bar next door the Ao Lago. Superb place, with a quality of products, regional and interesting choice. Very friendly staff and atmosphere.

Wäre auch noch länger geblieben, aber es war leider kein Bett mehr frei. Zwar war alles dort um sich Tee oder Kaffee zu machen nur leider kein Tee oder Kaffee in einem Ort ohne Supermarkt wäre das sehr schön gewesen. I would have moved in there immediately. Really great hostel. Super clean. Everything arranged with attention to detail. Would have stayed longer, but unfortunately there was no bed left. Everything was there to make tea or coffee but unfortunately no tea or coffee in a place without a supermarket that would have been very nice.

g	gal sidi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely lovey guest house, clean, and very central in the main square. Miguel the Owner of the place is nice he shared a lot of local knowledge. In the evening there was a band performing, with great energy!
P	Peter Kok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess the rating is also dependent on expectations and taste. The bed is uncomfortable because it located on a wooden board. The seats are too low to sit. The window has no view. But the owner is friendly and the place is clean.

You can tell that the owner put a lot of effort and love to it! it is right in the centre of the small town so you can reach everything in a second.

First of all I have to mention that the owner is a great guy - I had to cancel my first booking because of Covid, and 18 months later, under no obligation he let us stay at his wonderful establishment. He welcomed us and showed us the history of place, which was really interesting. I think they own the cafe below, which has a lot of healthy and delicious options. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer, but one day I would like to go back and spend more time in this great place and city. Obrigado!
