P	Patricia Pereira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei mesmo muito desta clínica. Ao tentar marcar um exame não atenderam o telefone mas devolveram a chamada, o qual me deixou surpreendida pela positiva. No dia do exame (anatomia patológica) estava a trabalhar apenas uma enfermeira, que mesmo com a quantidade de trabalho e tantos utentes, conseguiu atender à hora certa da marcação do exame. Parabéns para a enfermeira que fez o seu trabalho com muito cuidado e ainda deu algumas orientações. Clínica excelente e de grande qualidade. I really liked this clinic. When trying to schedule an exam, they did not answer the phone but returned the call, which surprised me positively. On the day of the exam (pathological anatomy) there was only one nurse working, who, despite the amount of work and so many users, managed to attend at the right time when the exam was scheduled. Congratulations to the nurse who did her job with great care and even gave some guidance. Excellent and high quality clinic.

A amabilidade de algumas recepcionistas,administrativas e tecnicas é pouca ou nenhuma. Mencionado isto é de lamentar esta falta de cuidado, atenção e disponibilidade, pois o tratamento adequado para com as pessoas, principalmente idosas deveria ser exímia num local de prestação de cuidados de saúde. Será que alguém responsável lê todos os comentários atribuídos?! The place is well sanitized and cared for, apart from this little availability for priority care and little information and care for the user. The kindness of some receptionists, administrators and technicians is little or none. Mentioned this is a regret for this lack of care, attention and availability, as the appropriate treatment for people, especially the elderly, should be excellent in a place where healthcare is provided. Does anyone responsible read all the assigned comments ?!

Qualidade decresceu de tal maneira que ficámos mais de uma hora ao telefone a tentar ligação para nos desligarem a chamada e até este momento estou á mais de dois meses á espera para ter direito a consultas de fisioterapia, nem se digam a dar-nos estimativa de quando poderemos ser atendidos. Vergonhoso e ainda se queixam do SNS. The worst place to try to get any kind of medical care. Quality decreased to such an extent that we spent over an hour on the phone trying to make a connection to disconnect the call and so far I have been waiting for more than two months to have the right to physiotherapy appointments, don't even mention giving us an estimate of when we can be attended to. Shameful and still complain about the SNS.

B	BrunoM101 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8:20h portas ainda fechadas, funcionarios a entrar às conta gotas, com gente cá fora á espera mas ninguem tem pressa nenhuma. Uso esta clinica durante anos por ser a mais proxima, a recepção nem um bom Dia diz e muito desagradaveis. Alem disso o serviço demora eternidades, vim marcar um exame uma vez e alegaram que so tinham para daqui a 2 meses. Depois de os fazer tambem é mais outros meses para estarem prontos para levantar. É bom que nao estejam com um pé na cova quando vierem aqui pois mais vale juntar dinheiro para o funeral. 8:20h doors still closed, employees coming in dripping, with people outside waiting but no one is in any hurry. I use this clinic for years because it is the closest, the reception not a good day says and very unpleasant. In addition, the service takes forever, I came to schedule an exam once and they claimed they only had it for 2 months. After doing them, it is also another few months to be ready to get up. You better not have one foot in the grave when you come here because it's better to save money for the funeral.

A week ago we went to this clinic because my boyfriend had a severe stomach pain, the first time at 3pm the doctor told him that the pain was in the gallbladder because he had eaten something bad and injected him with medicine. 4 hours later we returned to the clinic because he still had stomach pain, the doctor only touched his stomach and said again that it was nothing, just the inflamed gallbladder and injected him again. At 10 pm my boyfriend couldn't bear the pain anymore and we decided to go back to Galicia on an emergency basis to get to the hospital. They admitted him to the hospital as an emergency, as he had acute appendicitis and he underwent surgery. The next day we were traveling to Lisbon. If we had followed the doctor's instructions, the story would be different, fortunately it was not like that.

H	Haris Saeed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a private clinic and closest clinic to our apartment. My partner needed to have her staples removed after appendicitis surgery. The nurses working here are very kind and friendly. English at reception can be a hit or miss, but google translate will be enough. Total cost to remove 15 staples in two sessions along with gauze pads was 30 euros. I recommend this place.
