Só não reclamei no livro porque não estive para me chatear mais. Mas não deixei de dizer que estavam a proceder mal, mas mesmo assim não ouviram, entenderam ou sequer tentaram entender.
 Bad "service" and ways of speaking, communicating with the customer.
I just didn't complain in the book because I wasn't there to be upset anymore. But I did not fail to say that they were doing wrong, but even so they did not listen, understood or even tried to understand.

Quanto às Nespresso, desde o início da pandemia que não podemos beber café na loja, como tal, seria simpático que tivessem uma cápsula de um café como oferta para quando lá vamos comprar.
Fica a dica!!!
I was well attended and the store, despite being small, is nice.
As for Nespressos, since the beginning of the pandemic we cannot drink coffee in the store, as such, it would be nice if they had a coffee capsule as a gift when we go shopping there.
