Store is clean and well arranged. Each service giver has their own "station". Very helpful staff. Prices and brands are the same in every Nespresso shop.

The loyalty program does work quite well because customers do come back for the coffee yes but most of all for them experience food interaction with assistant. The assistant that seem to be quite knowledgeable about coffee and about coffee machines especially the ones that they sell what is kind of the feeling that you're talking with a coffee PhD person. And I would say in truth the two stars on this review are coming from the assistant performance great great performance. Unfortunately, she was not able to talk her self out of the sales pitch that she was thought on and on. But in the end it's all about coffee right? This is the of breaking moment you taste the coffee and the coffee is nothing so special that you should talk about it's a very blunt coffee the temperature is too low they are some notes of acidity something like that in a 100% Arabica that's disappointing. That would explain why so many flavored coffee in this brand. Nevertheless if you go there for the experience I'm going to feel more than on Cosmopolitan and special go there, the coffee itself on the Brewing machines are very average and you find better coffee in other brands, even Supermarket brand coffee and better coffee machines.
