★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better to just order capsules online next time . Tired of nespresso’s pretentious approach of buying capsules, makes the whole process inefficient and slow. Waited in line for 15m at 4pm on a week day just to get capsules, since the same attendants who sell capsules also serve courtesy coffees to clients VIP style. It feels like I’m buying jewelry instead of coffee lol
