★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Box360(Box ThreeSixty ) é um lugar que, apesar da malta pagar para sofrer, é mesmo um lugar super agradável. Temos sempre instrutores sorridentes, de bom humor e acolhedores, o que para mim, é o ponto mais forte da nossa box, eles dão alma e vida a essa box. Gostam do que fazem e é mesmo o que faz a diferença e o que faz eles serem tão bons no que fazem! Apesar de eu odiar flexões, levantar peso e todas aquelas coisas (exercicios, muito bem elaborados) dolorosas feitas por lá! Eu adoro esse lugar!
Se você tá nessa vida como eu, e tá aqui só pela comida e pão alentejano , acho que a box360 tambem é seu lugar!
Box360 (Box ThreeSixty) is a place that, despite the people paying to suffer, is a really nice place. We always have smiling, good-humored and welcoming instructors, which for me, is the strongest point of our box, they give soul and life to this box. They like what they do and it's really what makes the difference and what makes them so good at what they do! Although I hate push-ups, lifting weights and all those painful things (exercises, very well done) done there! I love this place!
If you are in this life like me, and are here just for Alentejo food and bread, I think box360 is also your place!
