Tentei abastecer hoje dia 28 pelas 23h40, devido ás restrições impostas pelo Governo, felizmente o espaço estava completamente vazio. feliz de pouca dura, fui alertado pela empregada de uma forma prepotente que teria que fazer pré-pagamento?!! Dirigi-me ao ponto de atendimento e referi que pretendia atestar deposito. De igual forma alertei pela ausência de qualquer informação de pré-pagamento junto das bombas!
Nesta altura a empregada sugere então que eu deixa-se alguma coisa .... muito bom!
Solicitei o livro de reclamações?! foi me negado e informado que teria que o fazer apenas digitalmente. (vou saber) enfim uma situação um pouco estranha para quem gasta algum dinheiro neste espaço. Sei que existe roubos nas bombas, mas hoje com espaço vazio, 2 carros apenas, visibilidade total...cameras de vigilância cheias de tédio...
Sou cliente habitual (era) , e verifico uma degradação. visita após visita.
Certamente a direcção não precisa de clientes como eu, tenho 48 anos e não estou para me sujeitar a estas situações.
Restou-me ir a outra bomba, Bons Negócios
 Bad customer service.
I tried to supply today on the 28th at 11:40 pm, due to the restrictions imposed by the Government, fortunately the space was completely empty. happy of little hardship, I was warned by the maid in a boastful way that I would have to make prepayment? !! I went to the service point and said that I intended to certify deposit. Likewise I warned you about the absence of any prepayment information at the pumps!
At this point the maid then suggests that I leave something ... very good!
Did I request the complaints book ?! I was denied and informed that I would have to do it only digitally. (I will know) finally a somewhat strange situation for those who spend some money in this space. I know there are bomb thefts, but today with empty space, only 2 cars, full visibility ... surveillance cameras full of boredom ...
I am a regular customer (was), and I notice a degradation. visit after visit.
Certainly the management does not need clients like me, I am 48 years old and I am not about to subject myself to these situations.
I just had to go to another pump, Bons Negócios

The two employees who attended me this morning did not want to work, they were unpleasant – and even one of them spoke badly to me. Hope you take note and add a nicer team. I'm not going back right now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirigi-me ao local para encher os pneus e... com espanto, vejo que está fora de serviço. Isso não pode ser. É obrigatório estar operacional.... não se tolera. Atenção às competentes autoridades de inspecção... venham verificar.
I went to the place to inflate the tires and... with amazement, I see it's out of order. It can not be. It is mandatory to be operational.... not tolerated. Attention to the competent inspection authorities... come and check.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service has a lot to improve but not entirely sure if this is the actual employees fault. Someone which I believe being the supervisor re stocking some shelves while I was paying and she was bringing the employees down as “like they weren’t doing their jobs properly” from there the service went down drastically. Employees are not robots and most importantly they will treat the next customer in the same way as they are treated by their management team.
