★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pediatric service suxs to be honest! It’s supposed to be one of the best hospitals, however 7 month old had 104 (40c) of fever and he still waited more then 3 hours to be seen by a doctor! It’s imbarencing that there are no doctor to see the patient load! If there was a 0 star I would def give it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to inquire about a kidney surgery that was suppose to be scheduled 3 months ago and for which I have received no feedback from the hospital. I tried to call various times over a period of 2 months but nobody answers the phone, just endless waiting and wasting money on calls. Tried different numbers, same result. A cursory search online will show that most people complain about the same. Clearly they need more people in the call center, but rather than hiring more people they seem to prefer customer unsatisfaction and to get bad reviews. These negative reviews will stay here forever even after the hospital improves it's customer support, if it ever does so, so whoever is responsible for the hospitals marketing and customer support should get replaced by someone that understands the negative impact of bad online reputation. Shameless customer support.
