This takeaway house is on its way to becoming my home of choice for ordering and eating at home on lazy days for the kitchen. I used the services of the house twice. The first, I passed and ordered spare ribs and half chicken ... everything was done at the moment, so much so that the fries arrived warm at the house. The second time we placed the order by phone and I valued a very important detail: part of the order was picanha and it was possible to notice the care with quality when we were informed that they would wait for our arrival so that the picanha could be grilled (it makes a lot of difference!) . The quality of the meat is above average and the best I have ever been able to order from similar houses. I've been to restaurants where the picanha was of inferior quality when compared to Brasa do Prior. I would like to say that everything is exceptional, but I believe that there is a capacity for improvement. In the side dishes, the French fries are the best I could taste. White rice and black beans are far from the level found in grills ... so much so that I am considering dispensing with them if I place an order again where they are included (I hate putting food in the trash). I regret the fact that both times it was more urgent to placate hunger and that, therefore, the photos were neglected. However, I am sure that I will have another opportunity for photographs and I intend to share them here. In short and as a whole, I recommend it so much that I myself intend to return to ordering food at Brasa do Prior. ------- In the meantime 3 months have passed since my publication above. My enthusiasm has diminished and I have had less happy experiences. I already took home picanha which was not at the same level as what I described above and on the whole I believe that the service may be affected by something beyond my knowledge. I also tried the house style Portuguese stew and I can say that I liked the taste of the meat and rice, but that I was disappointed with almost everything else.

Nice space and good service however, they charge €12 for half a serving of beef, rice and black beans, which are nothing more than a container full of sauce and a few beans. If it is expensive for the producer, it is also expensive for the customer.
