Up until the last minute, it would've been a three star rating, maybe a four, had the service been quicker. I still give it a two star, being generous I believe. Booked a table for a party of 13, including 4 children, above the age of four. Arrived on time. Waited 1h20mins for the first dish to arrive (one if the kids)...another 6/7 mins for two other kid's dishes (not from the kids menu) and then a solid 10mins for everyone else's food. Desserts are also appealing to the eye and taste buds. Serving size is reasonable. Taste and quality makes up for it for sure. Prices are as expected for the type of restaurant. Pleasant environment, very friendly staff, nice decor, confortable, etc. Downhill begins when we are still sipping at our expresso and the waiter brings out the ATM/payment and check. After being told we were not yet finished, a few minutes later another waiter comes back with another ATM, the bill and kindly invites us to leave. Yes, I do realize there may be another party waiting to be seated. However, I was not told of this when seated/arrived. Worse than that, had we not waited over 1h30mins to eat our main dish, very likely we would've been out th door earlier and not have to be "kicked out". Shameful from our perspective. And yes, we also complained before leaving.

Really friendly, attentive funny and welcoming staff. They also speak good English. Exceptional food and eatable portions for reasonable prices. Cool interior space. All this resulted in a very pleasant evening. And the waiter even came after us because we forgot our camera.

Best fransecinha I have ever had, and I have tried many throughout the country. I recommend it a lot. Also their restaurants are always very well decorated, good vibe and best waiters

We had lovely lunchtime drinks and snacks here. The selection is great and we ordered a mixture of croquettes and rissoles and all of them were delicious. A real stand out was the fried onion flower with a black garlic dip. The service was also fantastic, friendly and warm and gave great advice on the dishes. I very much recommend this as a light bites and drinks spot. I'm pretty sure the more substantial meals would be tasty going from the dishes we had.

Very good restaurant. Traditional francesinha good meat. Only the service is not the best but that’s not why you go there. It’s probably the best fancesinha in town and available half size.

Great place, nice decoration, friendly and effective staff. For sure one of the best "Francesinha" i tasted. Namely the quality of the meat used was above average. Totally recommended for Francesinhas and i believe other options should be equally great. And all at a very reasonable price. 100% Approved!

Great atmosphere, beautiful decor, the Francesinha is a must and the beer ? is served in a traditional ceramic mug, the desert was a some sort of lime pie and tasted amazing. Loved the experience and Yuri our waitress was great.
