★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui cliente assíduo durante 5 anos, sem nunca me ter queixado - até um dia em que me riscaram uma jante ao trocar os pneus da frente (num carro novo). Não reconheceram a falha mesmo tendo-lhes mostrado uma foto tirada imediatamente antes da mudança do pneus.
 I was a frequent customer for 5 years, never complaining - until one day I was scratched a rim when changing the front tires (in a new car). They did not recognize the failure even though they showed them a picture taken just before the tire change.

I had a puncture in the sidewall of my car. I called Rodopanorama and on the phone they confirmed that they had the tire in stock and reserved it for me. Upon arrival, I was quickly and efficiently attended to.
