★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never order from them as they still have to pay me back: so I ordered a panadero stove from them.
To keep the story short we had a lot of issues with the stove. So we took it up with Brico Depot (with Claudia Afonso) and with Panadero.
Brico quickly decided to lie to us and in a very portuguese way to put the blame on us. After a few emails they then stopped replying or picking up the phone. Having decided to just IGNORE us.
In the meanwhile panadero agreed with us and asked brico depot to pick up the stove.
Brico depot did not communicate to panadero that the stove has been picked up. In the meanwhile one month later I hear today form panadero that they issued a credit nota to Brico depot for them to pay me back. Which they haven't!
So they have kept my money and the money panadero sent for me.
Never again. A business like Vrico depot should not have a place here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very large DIY store that has pretty much everything you need for home improvements and repairs. Gardening equipment, doors, windows, wood, flooring, bathroom, kitchen, paints, hand tools, power tools etc. They have a large car park and also a cafe.
