The only down was, on returning a water pump, that was sold to me in error, the manageress was not changing it lightly, she kept saying that it had been used,,, hm yes that's when I found out it wasn't the right pump for me,, and kept pottering about until 1/2 hour of conversation, she finally gave me a go ahead that she's taking it back,, so that wasn't a particular good experience, I felt like I wasn't within my rights and made to feel hostile,, very hostile!! I've then bought a sink on offer and on delivery was told they had sold it someone else and I have to wait for 3 weeks for a replacement which wasn't ideal as I'd got a plumber for that day to fit it and had to pay him call-out charge! So be careful what you buy!!!
