★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very impressed with the store, but the customer service is just a let down!! I struggled with some packs of wood to the till passing numerous staff, but no offer of help,,, then the lady on the till asked a guy to help me with it, which involved, taking the packs of me, placing them past the till and disappearance,,, so I struggled to put them into my car!!! Thanks, but Service should be one of the customers satisfaction rules!!!
