Great service, consultation, speedy shipping and excellent product.s Paulo, and Idalina, the owners, even threw in a nicely packed little gift in the ship box. Will for sure return when in Portugal, and would recommend them highly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a set of Cutipol cutlery (Moon collection) from Bright Kitchen in April. I am absolutely happy with the product, the service and will come back to them when I need more cutlery (or olive oil ;-)). Paulo is a very nice and friendly person. He kept me updated with the progress of my order and used DHL delivery for a speedy delivery. Initially I misunderstood what Paulo meant by 'almost handmade' and was in doubt with the authenticity of the Cutipol products I ordered. It turns out that there is no need to worry about the authenticity at all. I even contacted Cutipol and had my query confirmed. Bright Kitchen has been in this industry for many generations. They run a shop in Porto and only started the online shop in 2020 due to Covid. I'd love to visit their shop in Portugal once the pandemic is over. I also hope they will keep the online shop running even when their shop reopens, so we can order without being to Portugal. Thank you and best wishes to the Bright Kitchen family!

They did everything possible to ship the goods as soon as possible, even though the times are quite challenging due to covid.
The BK team was very responsive and they even gave me a small gift.
My next order will be at Bright Kitchen again!

I had a few questions about my order, and Paulo was immediately responsive, using email, Facebook messenger, and WhatsApp to chat as I needed. He even delivered my order in person! And the product is gorgeous, of course.

His explanation and proud of his products made me I could trust my purchase will be worth and he gave an offer for shipping to South Korea for my next purchasing so I will use his store again asap. If you have an interest in the kitchen stuff, I bet It will be Nice experience in Porto with this store.
