★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho que nunca comi batatas tão velhas como as de hoje hoje a noite... Para quem passa o dia a trabalhar e paga por uma refeição, o mínimo que se podia fazer era apresentar a comida quente... Enfim, uma desilusão para os amantes de fast food.
I don't think I've ever eaten potatoes as old as those tonight ... For those who spend the day working and paying for a meal, the least you could do was present the hot food ... Anyway, a disappointment for the fast food lovers.

Few employees and the orders are often incomplete or with ingredients that the customer asks not to put (eg tomatoes, pickles, etc.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Numa quarta-feira por volta das 23h, 20 min para ser servido apenas com mais outro cliente, batatas com queijo sem garfo, pedido sem guardanapos e dois pacotes de batatas, mas nenhum ketchup. Péssimo serviço.
On a Wednesday around 11pm, 20 minutes to be served with just one other customer, potatoes with cheese without a fork, order without napkins and two packets of potatoes but no ketchup. Terrible service.
