J	Juan Carlos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não comprem neste burguer king, eles metem como esgotado promoções que ainda tem em outros estabelecimentos da rede, quando tem cupom a 1€, eles somente vendem 1 por pessoa. Não vale a pena, vais pagar mais caro sendo que em outro restaurante do Burguer King vais achar as promoções mais baratas e vais economizar muito mais. Don't buy at this burger king, they sell out promotions that they still have in other establishments in the chain, when they have a 1€ coupon, they only sell 1 per person. It's not worth it, you'll pay more, as in another Burger King restaurant you'll find the promotions cheaper and you'll save a lot more.

k	kelly santos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ desisto de comprar nessa loja, principalmente quando compramos no drive, porque os hambúrguer vem sempre trocados, ou faltando hambúrguer, e ainda demoram muito a entregar o hambúrguer..entregam a bebida logo, mas demoram tanto a entregar o hambúrguer que quando chegamos em casa as bebidas sabem a água. fazem promoções mas são limitadas a apenas um hambúrguer por carro ridículo.. basta dar a volta entrar na loja e voltar a comprar. em fim péssima organização e atendimento. I give up buying from this store, especially when we buy from the drive, because the hamburgers are always changed, or missing hamburgers, and they still take a long time to deliver the hamburger..they deliver the drink soon, but they take so long to deliver the hamburger that when we get home drinks taste like water. they do promotions but they are limited to just one hamburger per ridiculous car.. just go around the store and buy again. in the end bad organization and service.

Hamburgues feitos sem o mínimo detalhe e sem brio, aparentemente comida para porcos, será igual. Apresento reclamação verbal no balcão e fazem-me outro hambúrguer igual....decido que não vale a pena me chatear mais, pois se a formação que levaram é aquela, não se pode exigir mais. Mau!!! Muito mau!!! I put 1* because I can't not put anything. Terrible in all aspects. Wc without toilet paper and without soap. Burgers made without the slightest detail and lackluster, apparently food for pigs, will be the same. I make a verbal complaint at the counter and they make me another hamburger just like it....I decide that it's not worth bothering me anymore, because if the training they took is that, you can't demand more. Bad!!! Very bad!!!

Após contacto para tentar retificar a situação, resultado: 10 chamadas e ninguém atende... Um pedido de 12€ onde 3€ são pelo serviço de entrega, onde recebo apenas o hamburguer que custa 4€. Peloss vistos já não é mesmo preciso sair de casa para ser roubado. Serviço medíocre, senão querem trabalhar com os parceiros Uber, então dêm formação aos vossos Delivers. Eu tenho um estabelecimento e não trato clientes assim. Delivery service is a disgrace. After contacting to try to rectify the situation, the result: 10 calls and no one answers... An order of 12€ where 3€ is for the delivery service, where I only receive the hamburger that costs 4€. Apparently, you don't even have to leave the house to be robbed anymore. Mediocre service, if you don't want to work with Uber partners, then train your Delivers. I have an establishment and I don't treat customers like that.

Hamburguer incompleto a faltar ingredientes que estavam incluídos e que não vieram. Bacon e tomate nem vê-lo... Nunca mais. Ainda para mais agora dia 21 de Fevereiro vi o extrato da minha conta e estes senhores ( alguém ) fez o favor de me cobrar 5,99€ não sei do quê, cambada de vigaristas. Deviam de ser visitados oela ASAE, isso e que era...
