m	marques lopes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior atendimento, o pior serviço que já tive em qualquer dos espaços do burger King que já visitei. Primeira experiência 1 hora de espera porque a equipa era nova, assim como o espaço. Hoje, 35 minutos de espera, com cerca de 10, 15 clientes no espaço, sem qualquer razão para a demora. Foi feita a devolução do dinheiro, o pedido a esta hora ainda deve de estar a ser preparado. Azar. Pra mim. The worst service, the worst service I've ever had in any of the burger King spaces I've ever visited. First experience 1 hour of waiting because the team was new, as was the space. Today, 35 minutes of waiting, with about 10, 15 customers in the space, without any reason for the delay. The money has been returned, the order at this time should still be prepared. Bad luck. A	Ana Costa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostava de dar uma boa avaliação mas infelizmente não dá. Espera de 1h por uns nuggets e um bean burguer sem ketchup.... Ora veio com o ketchup na mesma.... Às 22:10h tentei entrar no restaurante para pedir um gelado, foi me dada a indicação pela funcionária mal encarada de que estavam fechados, olhei para o horário que se encontrava na porta que indicava o horário de fecho como sendo as 22:30. Sendo que não abriram a porta para me dar a indicação de que estaria fechado apenas me fizeram que não com a mão mostrei à funcionária que eram 22:10, a funcionária virou-me simplesmente as costas. Assim sendo dirigi-me ao Drive para falar com alguém que não me virasse as costas e se dignasse a responder-me, o funcionário explicou-me então de que fechavam realmente às 22:00h e o horário estava para atualização... Apesar de não ser propriamente o correto, tudo bem, o que não estava bem foi o facto da funcionária me ter simplesmente virado as costas sem qualquer respeito pelo cliente. Posso ainda acrescentar que no estacionamento os funcionários se encontram sentados no chão com as fardas do restaurante... Apesar de não ser um escândalo sendo que se trata de restauração não considerei muito correto. I would like to give a good evaluation but unfortunately it is not possible. Wait 1h for some nuggets and a bean burger without ketchup.... Now it came with the ketchup in it.... At 10:10 pm I tried to enter the restaurant to order an ice cream, I was told by the bad-looking employee that they were closed, I looked at the time that was on the door that indicated the closing time as being 22:30. Since they didn't open the door to give me the indication that it would be closed, they just made me not with my hand I showed the employee that it was 10:10 pm, the employee simply turned her back on me. So I went to Drive to talk to someone who would not turn their back on me and would deign to answer me, the employee explained to me that they really closed at 22:00 and the time was for updating... Although not being exactly correct, okay, what wasn't okay was the fact that the employee simply turned her back on me without any respect for the customer. I can also add that in the parking lot the employees are sitting on the floor in the restaurant's uniforms... Although it's not a scandal since it's a restaurant, I didn't consider it very correct.
N	Nathalia Ribeiro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duas estrelas pela qualidade dos alimentos e sabor, que é apenas merito do burguer king em si, pessimo atendimento, funcionarios mal treinados, todas as vezes que vamos ao drive sempre vem a faltar coisas, quando vamos comer no restaurante um tempo de espera ridiculo para um hamburguer, levando em conta ser um fast food, e o pior de tudo 1h30 minutos a espera de um pedido pequeno, caos completo, enquanto uns esperavam a mais de 1h outros a pegar seu pedido 3x maior em 15 minutos. Trabalho a 7 anos em restauração e nunca vi uma cozinha tão desorientada como essa.

I got a grilled vegan burger, which was surprisingly very good! The potatoes are wonderful, I got rustic fries with onions and cheese. I had Compal mango juice which is one of my favorites. It was very pleasant the time I spent there, as I was in good company. They gave me ketchup and mustard and I always have a small bottle of Tabasco pepper with me. An important detail is that you have to show proof of vaccination to be able to eat inside the restaurant. Anyway, the decor is nice and it is a good place to go with your boyfriend or girlfriend, with family or friends.
