O atendimento só é atencioso por um ou dois funcionários, a qualidade dos hambúrgueres é posta em causa por estar a ser feita por alguém que de certeza não gosta do que faz! Como por exemplo ter um hambúrguer queimado e praticamente quase sem alface nenhuma! Quando isto acontece, o resultado é uma apresentação de um hambúrguer que parece que foi ali deixado esquecido e que pelo caminho até chegar à nossa mão levou uns valentes pontapés! O Take-away é ainda pior, falhas nas entregas (hambúrgueres pagos e complementos que ficam no restaurante) batatas (que eram da melhor coisa que tinham) moles que parecem ter sido feitas à meia hora... Enfim, tinha uma avaliação de 4 estrelas quando abriu e tive de a alterar por conta deste últimos dias para 1. Parabéns, continuem assim que deixam de ter clientes. Here's a branch that is either starting to get attention or will soon close! The service is only attentive by one or two employees, the quality of the hamburgers is questioned because they are being made by someone who certainly doesn't like what he does! Like having a burnt hamburger and almost no lettuce at all! When this happens, the result is a presentation of a hamburger that looks like it was left forgotten there and that, on the way to our hand, got some valiant kicks! Take-away is even worse, delivery failures (paid hamburgers and complements that are in the restaurant) potatoes (which were the best thing they had) moles that seem to have been made in half an hour... Anyway, it had a rating of 4 stars when it opened and I had to change it for the past few days to 1. Congratulations, continue once you no longer have customers.

Fiz um pedido de um double cheese com aros de cebola e uma coca cola no drive in e em que o hambúrguer vinha frio como também os aros de cebola. A coca cola vinha a meio e nem sequer colocaram guardanapos. Irei prontamente fazer uma reclamação no livro de reclamações online. NAO VAO A ESTE LOCAL!!!!!!!!!! The worst Burger King I've ever been to. I ordered a double cheese with onion rings and a coke at the drive in and the hamburger was cold as well as the onion rings. The coke was halfway through and they didn't even put napkins. I will promptly file a complaint in the online complaints book. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!

Além disso, apesar do local estar quase vazio quando cheguei lá, encontrei duas ou três mesas que tinham sido usadas por outros clientes (que já não estavam na loja) que ainda não tinham sido higienizadas (foram limpas pouco tempo depois). Não posso dizer que tenha gostado muito. I went to this Burger King for the first time and, perhaps because of the cold in Paredes, I also felt some in the service. Also, despite the place being almost empty when I got there, I found two or three tables that had been used by other customers (who were no longer in the store) that had not yet been cleaned (they were cleaned shortly afterwards). I can't say I liked it very much.
