Burger King

Fiz um pedido hoje dia 28/01/22 na loja da Quinta do Marquês / Oeiras do Menu Originals Mediterrânico e foi uma péssima experiência. Os hambúrgueres estavam secos, pareciam q foram preparados no turno anterior. Não tinham molho, nem rúcula, canónigos, muito menos o grana padano. Colocaram alface americana como substituto e 2 rodelas de tomate seco. Propaganda enganosa! Uma vergonha para o Menu mais caro do Burger king. Batatas king fries secas e com péssima aparência. Pão com aspecto de velho! Se pudesse dava zero estrela! Nunca mais!

Acabei de fazer um pedido pela Uber Eats e não podia ter corrido pior. A entrega estava prevista entre as 21h45 e as 22h05, o pedido chegou às 22h23. As batatas chegaram completamente frias e espalmadas, foram directamente para o lixo. O saco das bebidas chegou no estado que se pode ver na fotografia. Péssimo serviço!

Péssimo, não colocaram contribuinte na fatura e o hambúrguer veio frio, o queijo sequer derreteu! Nunca mais…

Gosto da comida. Mas o serviço e a limpeza estão mto maus. Màaaaaaaaausss

Pedi batatas Supreme vieram misturadas. Essa foi a quantidade de batatas que colocaram na caixa. Completamente frias, o queijo do hambúrguer não estava derretido.pedi uma Pepsi e mandaram um Sumol.este burguer King é mau de mais e já não e a primeira vez que tenho razões de queixa.obviamente não voltarei.eu gosto de burguer King mas o da quinta do marques devia ser boicotado.

Easy to order and served very quickly. I was excited to order a burger meal as I do not eat out a lot. I paid over 8 euros but was left disappointed. The main issue was the awful fries which had clearly been lying around having been cooked much earlier in the day. They were not cooked fresh to order and were barely edible. Serving that up to a paying customer is taking the mickey. The burger itself was quite good. Overall, this meal was worth around 5 euros. Won't be returning to this place.

This is the first time in my life I am giving 1 star. It was so bad that I didn't get to eat. There was just 1 single lady on the line...one single human against 6+ employees of Burguer King and after 10 minutes I was still waiting behind this lady! 10 minutes and I haven't even ordered my food! Is this a fast food chain or a famous gourmet restaurant where you need to book in advance?! I can't imagine if they have 3+ requests on queue, they probably close for the day. After the 10 minute wait I just quit since it was just ridiculous.

Yesterdays lunch was horrible andnthe worst quality and seevice I have ever had at a Burger King. My son and I ordered lunch using Uber eats ... it took an hour to get to us... after calling the restaurant they explained there was a shortage of people. Then we get our lunch, finally at almost 2:30pm to find our French fries cold and rubbery... couldn't eat them, our burgers cold... the taste is not the same...and drinks that were ordered were different.. we ordered a coca cola zero and compal manga/laranja and we got normal coke and compal tutti frutti. Onion rings were also cold and tasteless. A horrible experience and expensive since we couldn't eat and enjoy our meal.
