I didn't like the service. The entrance door was broken and the place was cold. This establishment does not have the partnership with the continent.

Para meu espanto, aquando a minha chegada ao local, e depois de ser atendida pela funcionária, a mesma disse que só tinha direito a um menu porque tinha havido dois vencedores( eu e outra pessoa). Esta informação foi proveniente do gerente deste restaurante. Além do constrangimento a pessoa que me acompanhou teve de pagar pelo seu menu, tendo em vista que o convidei porque ganhei uma promoção onde constava que eu tinha ganho DOIS MENUS e não apenas um! Nas mensagens trocadas com o Burguer king Sede, em momento algum me foi dito que teria de partilhar o meu prêmio com outro vencedor. Tenho mensagens a comprova-lo e so não mostrei no local porque não possuía bateria no telemóvel. Não é pelo valor que o meu marido teve que pagar pelo seu menu, mas sim pela publicidade enganosa e a falta de coerência entre a Burguer King Sede e os seus afiliados. Nunca mais volto a nenhum restaurante desta cadeia alimentar. I come to show my total displeasure because, as the winner of the Burger King x JimmyLion contest, I was entitled to 2 whooper menus to pick up at the OAZ restaurant. To my amazement, when I arrived at the place, and after being attended by the employee, she said that I was only entitled to one menu because there had been two winners (me and another person). This information came from the manager of this restaurant. In addition to the embarrassment, the person who accompanied me had to pay for his menu, given that I invited him because I won a promotion where it was said that I had won TWO MENUS and not just one! In the messages exchanged with Burguer King Sede, at no time was I told that I would have to share my prize with another winner. I have messages to prove it and I just didn't show it on the spot because I didn't have a cell phone battery. It's not because of the price my husband had to pay for his menu, but because of the misleading advertising and the lack of consistency between Burguer King Sede and its affiliates. I will never go back to any restaurant in this food chain again.
