She said we had no fries included, ordered 1 fries, then we found 3...but she couldnt do "anything" about it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overcharged us. They asked us whether we wanted medium or large meals and we said medium. We had medium chips and they put through large drink on one order, but we got the same sized drink and we didn't ask for large and they charged us for it. There was also another pound extra we couldn't identify where it had come from.
Women behind the counters were loud and on their phones and screaming and laughing whilst we were eating. Very frustrating and irritating when we're trying to have lunch. The amount of time they used the microwave too was worrying... Burgers and chips.... That are usually deep fried... Being microwaved?
The food was tasty, had a veggie burger and boyfriend had a chicken one I think and asked for no onions. He got no onions. Wish I asked for no onions as it was a huge chunk! Didn't fill us up for long considering how much we spent. Vowed not to visit again during the holiday.
Oh and the q! It's like 5 steps you have to stand on so you permently have someone's arse in your face! What's that about!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a Grand burger meal thought it was going to be a big burger but turned out to just be like a double cheese burger from mc donalds. Cheese too big for the bun as you can see in the picture.
Service was quick and friendly, hand sanitation is available.
