The stay couldn't have been better! The house has all the amenities and we easily feel at home! Rita is the Host by nature! Kindness in person! Thanks for everything... and even one day. Yes, why will I come back ❤?

We have just spent a week in the house which is perfect, very well equipped, clean, very pleasant. The outside setting is very beautiful. But it would be nothing without the presence of Rita and her kindness, her dedication to her hosts. Everything was perfect !

If you want to experience the real Portugal, this is the place to go. The history, sincerity, and Portuguese traditions of this family are imprinted in every single item. The flowers and trees in the garden are also beautiful, but at night the stars pour in. The breakfast with organic local food is also impressive, and all the restaurants and wineries Rita recommended are 100% local, not touristic at all. From black pork to cheese, olive oil, wine... Everything here is so very, very delicious. The people of Alentejo, whose souls are as clear as the pure blue sky without a single cloud... If possible, stay as leisurely as possible and enjoy this freedom and peace to the fullest. There are so many places to go around and there are so many things to eat that you never get bored. Once again, my sincere thanks to Rita and her family. If you want to experience the genuine Portugal, this is the best place to go. The donkey d'orada house was the best accommodation we've had so far! the place is very peaceful and wonderful to relax. Rita is a very nice and nice woman. She gave us really good tips on what to visit and which restaurants we should definitely try out. Also, she always surprised us with her little home-cooked meal! We will definitely return! it was healthy and we were able to feel 100% Alentejo thanks to Rita! Very Recommendable! :)
