★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me foi exigido total exposição das minhas finanças para apenas fazer uma visita em um imóvel para arrendamento. O que ao meu ver é uma invasão desnecessária tendo em conta que eu nem sei se gostaria de fazer uma proposta. E mesmo no caso de fazer uma proposta, não basta eu apenas comprovar que consigo pagar o arrendamento? Ou eu preciso de qualquer forma mostrar todo meu IR e expor todas a minha vida financeira e particular? Qual o interesse de vocês nisso? Ver que pessoas com um maior poder aquisitivo estão interessadas no imóvel e então poder tirar ele do mercado e depois recolocar com um maior valor?
I was required to fully expose my finances to just visit a rental property. What in my view is an unnecessary invasion considering that I don't even know if I would like to make a proposal. And even if I make a proposal, isn't it enough to just prove that I can pay the lease? Or do I need to show all my IR and expose all my financial and private life anyway? What is your interest in this? Seeing that people with a higher purchasing power are interested in the property and then being able to take it off the market and then put it back with a higher value?
