Um espaço cristalizado no tempo, como uma grande loja do bairro que serve tanto a comunidade local quanto a que se desloca à zona a trabalho, bem como, a comunidade escolar desde o básico ao secundário ali mesmo ao lado.
No lugar do já desaparecido Estúdio Flores, sala de cinema com um historial pitoresco, tendo-se transformado até em motivo de folclore local, está o Auditório Municipal António Silva.
Património recuperado de Câmara Municipal de Sintra e presentemente gerido pela companhia sediada no concelho, o teatromosca. Com programação variada para todas as idades, trazendo para zona e suas comunidades, actividades culturais ao grande dormitório Lisboeta.

In place of the now-defunct Studio Flores, a movie theater with a picturesque history, which has even become a reason for local folklore, is the António Silva Municipal Auditorium.
