Pouco profissionais: passam todo o tempo a tentar impingir produtos para comprar (mesmo que inadequados ao perfil do cliente), maldizendo os que este utiliza.. Não Recomendo Bad: not very innovative, “blunt” haircut, drying with a board because with a dryer it takes a long time and takes work... Unprofessional: they spend all their time trying to impose products to buy (even if they are inappropriate for the customer's profile), cursing those they use. I don't recommend

Eventually a lady arrived at 9.35 and asked if I had an appointment. Shortly afterwards the hairdresser arrived. I don't have good portuguese, but I explained I wanted my hair like it was when I had it cut in Porto in August and showed them a picture. A simple layered cut with my natural curls. Simple to do, cut, then dry it gently so it curls up again. He brushed out all the curls, then dried it so it fizzed out then tried to brush the curls in again. €30 and it looked like this. I really must improve my Portuguese so I can complain..Not going there again. How this became a top-rated salon I have no idea. Maybe any good staff lost their jobs during lock down.
